There were 722 students enrolled in Poolville ISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 11.9% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 53% of them were girls, and 47% were boys.

Data also shows that the majority of students were white, representing 69.1% of the Poolville ISD total enrollment.

Poolville ISD roughly covers schools within Parker County with its main office in Poolville.

Among the three schools in Poolville ISD, Poolville Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 380 students in the 2022-23 school year.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
