There were 295 students enrolled in Campbell ISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 2.6% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 54.2% of them were boys, and 45.8% were girls.

Data also shows that the majority of students were white, representing 61.7% of the Campbell ISD total enrollment.

Campbell ISD roughly covers schools within Hunt County with its main office in Campbell.

Among the two schools in Campbell ISD, Campbell High School recorded the highest enrollment of 149 students in the 2022-23 school year.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
