How many students were enrolled in Poolville ISD schools in 2021-22 school year?

There were 645 students enrolled in Poolville ISD schools in the 2021-22 school year, 15.8% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 50.1% of them were girls, and 49.9% were boys.

Data also shows that the majority of students were white, representing 72.4% of the Poolville ISD total enrollment.

Poolville ISD roughly covers schools within Parker County with its main office in Poolville.

Among the three schools in Poolville ISD, Poolville Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 347 students in the 2021-22 school year.

Education in Texas is often a hot button issue, especially as test scores lag behind other states.

"The problems commonly cited are flaws in the school financing system, relatively low teacher salary, poor test performance by students... dropouts from traditional schools in favor of charter schools... gun violence, and mental health issues," claimed the Texas Almanac.
