The City of Quinlan's wholesale water supplier (Cash Special Utility District) has initiated its Stage 1 restrictions, and this event triggers the City of Quinlan's Drought Contingency Plan until further notice.
The City of Quinlan is requesting customers to practice water conservation and to minimize or discontinue water use for non-essential purposes to help to keep the City from moving into Stage 2 Water Restrictions.
