UPDATE TO TO LOCAL STATE OF DISATER: The Local State of Emergency Issued by Parker County Judge Pat Deen, that was set to expire at midnight was extended by Texas Governor Abbott.
The Parker County Commissioners Court as of July 1st, has approved an extension of the fireworks prohibition for an additional 60 days through September 6, 2022. All Parker County residents are being asked to not discharge personal fireworks until the county has had more rain.
Reminder: This order does NOT prohibit the sale of fireworks, only the discharge. This order does NOT impact the local public fireworks shows in Weatherford or Hudson Oaks.
