Unfortunately, sections of Willow Park are now approaching 24 hours without power. We have reached out to Oncor via multiple channels both last night and every few hours today, and they have been unable to provide us with any definitive information or even a loose time frame on when the rest of our citizens and businesses will have power.
We are doing everything we can to get answers for you. As soon as we have more information, we will push it out on all our communications channels. In the meantime, please bear with us as we are experiencing extremely high call and message volume at city hall.
