The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) recently updated the online Employee Work Refusal Documentation form with more information to help provide details regarding a job refusal and with an option to report an individual who failed to attend a job interview.
If an individual refuses a job offer or fails to attend a job interview, you can easily report either using the form.
