The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. and the City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the City of Caddo Mills City Hall, located at 2313 Main Street, Caddo Mills, Texas 75135, to consider testimony and act upon the following:
Establishing a zoning classification of C-1 Commercial District for Hunt CAD Property ID 215738, generally located at 2725 W I-30, and being an approximate 1.5-acre tract of land situated in the Morris Mary Survey, Abstract 649, Tract M34-1, Hunt County, Texas.
You may attend one or both meetings and make comments for or against each requested item. You may also send written comments before the date of the meetings to the City of Caddo Mills, 2313 Main Street, Caddo Mills, Texas 75135.
