The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. and the City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the City of Caddo Mills City Hall, located at 2313 Main Street, Caddo Mills, Texas 75135, to consider testimony and act upon the following:
Establishing a zoning classification of C-1 Commercial District for Hunt CAD Property ID 215738, generally located at 2725 W I-30, and being an approximate 1.5-acre tract of land situated in the Morris Mary Survey, Abstract 649, Tract M34-1, Hunt County, Texas.
