The City of Balcones Heights is updating the 2009 Master Plan. The Plan aids the City in maintaining its character, embraces the quality of life for residents and businesses, and supports economic development. The City Plan 2030 sets the vision for the city for the near future. This Plan will guide decisions related to the following focal points: Land Use; Economic Development, Redevelopment, and Infill Development; Infrastructure; Parks; Development Standards and Incentives.
Input from residents, businesses, and visitors to Balcones Heights is vital for the development of a robust visionary plan. Join us in person or submit your thoughts on the survey link below.
