City of Glen Rose recently issued the following announcement.
NOTICE from the City of Glen Rose’s Waste Collection Contractor:
Due to the weather forecasts for Thursday (24th) and the temperatures not reaching above freezing, we have made the decision to cancel collection for Thursday (24th). We anticipate the ability to resume services on Friday (25th) as normal, but that will be determinate on weather conditions. Our plan for recovery is as follows: Friday (25th) we plan to run all of Thursday (24th) routes and Saturday (26th), we will plan to run all of Friday (25th) routes.
