City of Greenville recently issued the following announcement.
GREENVILLE: At approximately 4:45 p.m. on December 14, 2021, Greenville Police Department Officers were dispatched to 6500 Wesley Street in reference to a major crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian. Officers arrived and found that a 15-year-old female had been crossing the street when she was struck by a vehicle. The female was flown to a hospital in the metroplex for treatment and was reported as stable when flown to the hospital. The name of the victim is being withheld at this time and no charges are expected to the filed.
