Quinlan City Hall will be closed Thursday & Friday, November 25th & 26th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
For Water/Sewer Emergencies, please call (903) 356-2348 for our on-call staff.
For Non-Emergency Police Matters, please call (903) 356-2500 for the officer on duty.
