City of Willow Park issued the following announcement on Nov. 25.
Meadows Place Drive between the Squaw Creek crossing and Kingsgate will be closed for several weeks beginning after Thanksgiving. As part of the construction involving Meadows Place Phase 2, the developer will be making utility improvements along the road.
Once the improvements are complete, the contractor will be replacing the asphalt portion of the road and pour a new concrete street.
This portion of Meadows Place Drive will not be accessible to vehicle traffic—construction traffic only. There will be no pedestrian access either.
We apologize for the inconvenience to our residents and appreciate their patience during these upgrades. We hope to have the project complete by mid-January.
