There were 1,559 white students enrolled in Quinlan ISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 1.8% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Quinlan ISD schools welcomed 2,784 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, white students comprised 56% of the student body to be one of the most represented ethnicities in the district.

Quinlan ISD roughly covers schools within Hunt County and has a main office in Quinlan.

Among the four schools in Quinlan ISD schools, Wh Ford High School recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 446 students.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
