The Granbury, Texas, community will celebrate the opening of a new Ace Hardware store on Sunday, May 1.
The new Nelson Ace Hardware store will be located at 2840 Village Drive in Granbury.
"The store has been designed to reflect the needs of the Granbury community, including solutions to everyday home maintenance needs, as well as an extensive array of high-quality products in categories such as paint, lawn and garden," according to a press release.
“Our mission is to provide customers with the neighborly advice and assistance they have come to expect from Ace,” Ace said in the press release. “We look forward to becoming a helpful and valuable neighbor to the community, both inside and outside the walls of our store.”
The Nelson Ace Hardware store joins the list of 5,500 global stores that are locally owned and operated.
"The store is packed with thousands of essential products and supplies, including some of the most respected brand names and best-selling items to help people take care of their homes," according to the press release. "Key product offerings include... hardware, electrical, plumbing, automotive and home decor, as well as niche products, such as Yeti, Scotts, STIHL, Big Green Egg, Milwaukee, Ben Moore, Traeger, Weber."
There are 14 Ace Hardware distribution centers in the U.S. Global distribution centers can be found in Shanghai, Panama City and Dubai. Ace Hardware stores are located in all 50 states, as well as 60 countries.
